Dr. Idukunda has over 15 years of experience in environmental law and community advocacy. She ensures our operations align with national and international regulations. Her journey with Roots & Shoots began in Tanzania, where she volunteered for two years before founding R&S Rwanda in 2021.

Manzi Norman serves as a strategic advisor to Roots & Shoots Rwanda, bringing expertise and guidance to support the organisation's mission of empowering youth for environmental conservation and community development.

Safari provides strategic oversight and advisory support to Roots & Shoots Rwanda, helping guide the organisation's programs and partnerships toward greater impact for people, animals, and the environment.

Providence coordinates our field programs, working closely with schools and community groups to implement restoration and education projects. She manages the Evergreen Project and supports the three school clubs near Gishwati-Mukura National Park.

Gad brings expertise in geographic information systems, mapping our project sites and monitoring habitat changes over time. He supports the Eco Forest App initiative with ISARO Econext by providing spatial data for tree monitoring.

Eric creates visual materials for our campaigns and educational resources, helping us communicate our impact effectively. He designed materials for the Vultures Day campaign and the Animal Welfare Project.
